Well i'm on my first grow and took 2 clones and put them in 16 oz cups. THe clones have 2 nodes plus the tip. I cut them at a 45% angle, let them sit in water for 1 min, and i put them in 16oz cups with the bottom 20% filled with worm castings, and the rest filled with an organic compost/soil...
