This is my first grow and I am around 2-3 weeks of 12/12, it has been a bit more since i gradually moved from 16 hours down to 12. They started to flower about 2-3 weeks ago. I have them under 240 wats of white LED's along with 400 watts of HPS. The strain is Northern Lights

My hope is to show the great results that full white spectrum lights can bring. I hope to do one grow in the future off of either just this unit or two of them.

Well I opted for the aquarium light, which is the exact same except it has 12 diodes per circle and runs on 2 separate power cords instead of one, therefore they are able to evenly distribute the power because blue and white uses more then red does.

The unit was $225 but with shipping being overseas that tacked on around 100 so $325. Still came out to being worth the price

Yeah, I would imagine it to be the 6 fans, and either way you've got a great light i'm sure. Most people do not know about the benefits of white LED's yet as blue and red spectrums have been pushed so heavily so far.

LED has arrived! Lights come on at 6 so I will be adding it in around that time with more pics to follow. The build is excellent and well worth the price from Cidly. It is extremely bright and runs silent. The last picture is only with half the lights on. This runs at around 240 watts.

With LSt, it will cause them to be shorter going into flowering unless you extend veg time by a week or two. My current Northern Light grow vegged at 12 inches and they are 3.5 feet right now so some strains will still grow up nicely after the switch.

From base to top each one measures about 3 and a half feet. That is about 1 and a half feet taller then expected. one of the good things about the lights being so close to the plants asides from the large fan allowing the heat to be extremely minimal, is the fact that the light is stretching...

I checked my nutes and I am getting about 290 PPM after adding a 50/50 of grow and bloom. Do you think i should up it for better results?

I have an odd problem, my Northern lights from Nirvana have grown up to 3x the size of when I switched from Veg mode down to 12/12. They were vegging for 3 weeks up to about 10-12 inches and now they are almost 2.5-3 feet tall. Is this strain genetically predisposed to taller growth? Almost...

Looking back at pictures, it seems the 12/12 made them go into overdrive, they were only about 7-8 inches tall from soil at that time and now they are probably 2-3 feet with a bunch of bush in it.

The top left is where my LED light is going, should be here in 5 days These ladies have grown well past double the height of the veg state, getting closer to 3x now which was unexpected.
