flushing plants, what a joke, why not just chunk them in a swimming pool for a week, flushing only hurts the plants if anything!

flushing will not help your plants, will only hurt them if anything! Believe me its not going to do anything for your plants, would like to know who came up with that. They will not taste better, just an old myth.

I am growing female seeds grapefruit, about 17 inches, How much strech should I expect during flowering? they are in week 7 of veg, They are under a 600hps and a 400hps, what kind of yield should I get with 9 plants? Thanks
