Hey man I'm new but had similar hard to diagnose issue and it was my EC cos of my shitty tap water (6-7.0) so if your not checking EC and using tap water? Could be your issue, I'm no expert but I haven't seen it mentioned and it's a finicky thing if it gets too high your plant can't take up...
