I have no idea what they are for a strain... they are whatever the grower i got them from grows.... he grows them outdoors normally, in a northern climate. So iw ould assume they are some strain that can adapt to t hat.

They are about amonth old now, and are under a HPS with a 150 equiv CFL for some blue light. Boy arent they pretty. Anyone have any idea what strain they might be? Not sure if they have any identifiable markings but they sure did start to smell early.

I would do the math on it... figure i think the specific heat of air is .27 or .24 btu/lbm *F so 1000 btu can reduce air accordingly depending on hwo much is in there. But dont forget to figure how much your lights put in

If you have any knowledge of electronics it would be easy to crack it open and soder in a few resistors. That should slow it down a bit, but you would have to play with the ohms or calculate it out on how much to use depending on your desired speed.

HTG has cheap light systems, i just ordered a 150w HPS for only 94 bucks. Im sure you can find somthign to su it yoru need there

The metal halide bulbs are so expensive tho (expecially power wise).... well thats stupid i have lots of money.. but i really am nto sure whre to get them... Any suggestions? (NE USA)

These are the latest pictures, i tihnk they are two -two and a half weeks old or so. They are looking soo pretty. They now each have their own cfl, 100w equiv + the two natural sunshine t12 bulbs

5 days later, They havent gotten much taller but the leaves have started to grow more. Moved them to larger pots (1 gal) and added a new light, a 100w equiv 6500k daylight CFL. Plan to add a second one soon as im sure they need it. They have quite a bit of stretch from early on, but i have moved...

I had to crack some of my seeds manually. I used my teeth, put it sideways like a sunflower seed and bite gently, it will probably crack... worth a try since you got enough to start a monopoly there.

This is my first grow. I do not know the type of seed but they are aquired from a close relative i would consider a "professional" in the area. I am growing them on floros right now, along with many other plants (edible ones, peppers, and other herbs). I just purchased a new bulb for the setup...
