i was wondering if a 1 foot long and 1 foot wide and 4 feet tall locker hold 1 plant.

i am new to growing and i have this locker in my room that is 1 foot long, 1 foot wide and 4 feet tall. i would be happy to fit at least one so will this work or do i need a different place?
