god good damn man what type of lighting are you using? any plant growth formulas?

oooohhhhh my bad its 3 weeks read my calender wrong..... i have a fan blowing on them 4 times a day with 30 minute interval... thinking of not using plant food bad idea? also is 18/6 good for this growing stage?
