Totally agree, equipment is key and I'm glad I raised the question before I went ahead and bought it! Makes it so hard work with all this false advertising tho, thanks for the help guys. I'd rather spend extra on equipment in order to optimize the yield.

Completely agree with you. Since posting this I've realised there is no slowing down an auto like you can with a photo and it just wouldn't be worth while. I think the whole thread has turned into my lighting worry now more than the initial scrog idea aha.
