would it work if i spliced the fan onto a 12v cell phone car charger then used a cell phone car to wall adapter , it would be three pin wall plug with a car charger hole on front an i just plug it in sounds ok doesn it ?

the fan says dc 12v 0.27A so just do what you said

is it true as long as the plug your using has 12v output then it will power the 12v pc fan safely?
