why didnt you just spend $100 on an A/C. if the temp is high you get fluffy nugss. if the temp stays around 70 or a little below you will have much denser and better looking nuggss. you grow looks great. sorry to hear about the hermiss that sucks!!! but yeah inline fans are good to extract air...
