    Gro-Kashi & Gage Green Probiotics

I wanted to get my silly ph thought process out there. The plants and bacteria can alter the ph for the own needs. So lets say you pour a lactobacillis concoction into your soil. Well those bacteria operate at low PH. Honestly not 4 ph low but pretty low. There are also acid loving bacteria...

Yeah I am the same as you. Most of the life changes I make, I do a ton of research first and a trial run. Never taken diatomaceous earth or any of that crap. I would rather eat meat and veggies lol.

If you can, try to start your seed in the final pot. It allows the plant to grow bigger. You can find a bunch of studies on it. And now you can love smart pots again! lol

I agree with you completely. But I want my cake and I want to eat it too lol. I don't grow in very crowded area so that may be why I have to resort to this type of action. I wrapped a pot in just tarp to see if I experience root circling on the tarp. If not I would say this is a great way to use...

Recycled Organic Living Soil (ROLS) and No Till Thread

Hey everyone. I am having some smart pot issues. Thought I would see if anyone has solved it. I'm sure most smart pot users know how easily the edges of the smart pot dries out. This effectively reduces the amount of soil you have to grow in because plants cannot survive in bone dry soil on the...

Organic cloning? How do you clone?

I'll share my new and improved, foolproof cloning method. step 1: Take a cutting from the plant and cut the stem at as wide of an angle as possible. Immediately put it in a cup of mediocre tap water. step 2: Sometime after 2-3 days, before the stem gets too soft, take the cutting out of the...

    No till Soil Maintenance

Just wondering have you ever added alabama jumpers? I heard europeans were only great for composting so I never put any in my garden. I might try the europeans if they will stick around.

I would look at the website fungi.com under fungi for gardens. I would get both the myco for veggies and the myco soluble. The myco for veggies is only mycorrhizae and the myco soluble is myco and other fungi and beneficials. I use the soluable to keep the good microbes around and the veggie...

Ozone is kind of a once a week deal. I would think of it as emergency medicine, and to flash clean rooms after each grow! Try a nice organic approach like spraying whey or lactobacillus culture on the leaves, thats what I would do as a prevention and to build a natural immunity. Free whey can be...

I wouldnt try to automate the ozone. Just turn it on manually and turn it off after 5 minutes to start. I would keep the circulation fans blowing but not the exhaust.
