I'm starting a 60 plant grow soon and it just seems alot less time consuming if i went with hdro ponics, my question is after germinating the seeds how do i plant them in the hydroponic system if i were using hydroton?

Any ideas on when to put into 12/12? I had them going 24 hrs never off but last night I put them on 18/6 ph has been 6.4 whole time. Four of the plants are going great in the growth department but I got one really bad strugler, it's probaly not even half the size of my biggest one any reason why...

Last night I was reading the amount of light that is recieved by plants according to distance. I had my lights about 4 feet away and changed that to about 1 foot away and now their rapidly growing. As well I forgot to mention that this is all in a heated shed if that matters.
