i know i sound dumb but -20%str? idk wht that means and will it stunt growth if i stop givin em nutes ? so i should juss feed em with water n thats it ? for two weeks please help im a lil confused sorry for beinn such a noob.. help muchh appreciated

so i flushed them yesterday with water all of em they are lookin a lil better i have flora nova the 2 part nutes and i also have botanicare cnl17 or somethin like tht co co and soil formula should i continuin usin the floranova or switch to tha botanicare>>
