well i decided on cfl's basically because of the minimal power consumption they have compared to hps's..how many cfl's should i use to grow around 4 plants or so?

Well basically i am starting up to grow for the first time..i have decided to grow in soil. anyway i pretty much have the basic's down. i am going to go to lowe's to buy fox farm soil. would i be able to get fax form nutrients at lowes or home depot? if not are there any sites that sell them? i...
