I did I don't think water is the problem here but I'll try RO next time. It's been 14 hours since I changed the water. Now it started to smell again and I can see the foams. pH went up to 7.1 from 5.4 maybe I should just switch to sterile.

Hell yeah! Exactly! It's been 6 days since I started to run the system and introduced nutes to my seedling. I changed the water 3 times because of the smell so yeah 2 days I ran without changing the nutes.. I feel like something is wrong but I can't figure out what it is.
