how can i get beans on the east coast

hey greens, i have a couple seedlings that have sprouted but are abnormally tall. They have four little leaves and about 2-2 1/2" tall. I've had them in 24/0 for about a week and a half and they just get longer but the leaves dont grow and they're stretching is this cool or should i worry.
