When you're saying 35w/sqft is that of planting space or area in growing in. And will a singular 600 watt led work in a tent big enough to grow 2 plants?

So if So if im using an entire room for my darkness cycle will like a 600 watt led above it not be enough for its day cycle?

The room I'm going to grow ins my old room its totally blacked out. I'm totally new to this so as far as lighting goes I don't know what's needed to get proper growth and stuff

Should probably mention I'm doing this in the UK so I can't always leave it in direct sunlight because of temperature. And will a 25w full spectrum work at all?

It gets 5 hours of direct sunlight but when it's inside it's still getting sun all day long

For example could a stick a few of these on the inside of a bin and put the bin over the plant. So it has as light over night or whatever
