What soil and nutrients are you using? Looks like a ph issue in the soil. My guess is that your over watering and letting them sit in the runoff water. Runoff water is really acidic and throws off soil ph.

If its a clone from a feminized plant, the odds of it being a male are nearly impossible. If you stress the plant, it might hermie and produce some male flowers. But I dont see anything resembling male flowers in your pictures.

No. I think what you are referring to is a water drop. I sprayed the plant with water while I was working on it.

I dont spray anything anymore. The bag keeps everything super humid and wet.

Septoria is more common in outdoor crops. I haven't seen or heard about septoria showing up indoors.
