Is it too late to transplant into a 5 gallon bucket after I've begun fowering stage? No buds have appeared yet, it's only about 5 dayts into its 12/12 lighting. Also, should I replant the topped top as a new plant?

Any thoughts on what strain they might be? As I said, these plants came from a large collection of stray seeds from over the years. I assume by looking that they are indica dominant hybrids, but that's a guess based on sight only.
