If you feel the need to add something a cup of coconut water per gal wouldn't hurt. but can get expensive. I like(d) doing it one time in veg, once in early flower

@ ac doob-a teaspoon or so of molasses per gallon provides some basic sugars to promote myco-growth. the fungus and plant will work together - fungus providing improved water retention and root structure, while the plant will reward the fungus with more sweet sugars. cool stuff

I use a tbsp of molasses per gal every week or two. Topdress with fresh soil pretty often. Up-pot as needed. Never messed around with the teas much. couple handfuls of fresh compost if I have it. Mulch is one thing I think I overlooked. really anything to shade the soil surface seems to speed up...
