That's not much over 9 plants I'd either go a different lighting system, Mh,HID,LED,HPS or increase the amount of CFLs. If you didn't want to change anything if definitely recommend a smaller grow next time. That's just my personal opinion I'm no expert but yeah that just doesn't seem to be...

I would say on your next grow start your autos in final pot like ISK mentioned, as for this grow I would do transplants and then you can compare the difference for yourself. I do agree with ISK to not transplant autos though. Good luck growing!! She looks good :).:bigjoint::peace:
