Ok, rain stops and now got cold wind gusts to 20mph in Central MA this morning. Good news is I don’t have to worry about drying those ladies off after all that driving rain. Better news is that I think I finally have everything tied down efficiently as the “bend but don’t break” policy in place...

I had (2 of 3) Puna Diesel ladies (Sativa dominant… and behind the other (4) ladies) that were exasperated due to a multitude of toppings and not being fully tied to the bamboo posts now that they’re carrying formidable buds… I don't scrog, but again in hind sight should’ve here, some of those...

Hey PVOG, Funny you should say that… I had to make a quick trip to Greenfield down Rt. 2 just this afternoon and obviously went right by that area but not down Pisga Mt Road of course. So far I’ve only found only (2) minor instances visually of bud rot, (2) different plants, (1) of them being...

Thanks! I also reviewed and actually did do some individual branch securing before those storms too. Again hindsight, but seems I was just oblivious to locking them in vertically to their external sitting locations… Till this morning anyway! It was definitely a “duh what the hell were you...

So had my first major “ahhh crap“ moment this morning… Opened my blinds, looked out my 2nd floor window this morning where I can see all (7) of the tops of my pretty ladies. I was shocked at first, as it looked like a few went missing. My first thought was that I had night visitors that helped...

That’s a great understanding of how Zerotol works... Thanks! I’m pretty sure I’ll be adjusting to Zerotol for next year.

I’ve been using all (3) Montereys this year as well, I’ve been liking what I’m hearing about Zerotol this year too though. May need to switch gears next season.

I learned a long time ago (last year lol) to take them down when they’re actually done. Whether that’s October 5th, 12th or Halloween… or when there’s a multi day freeze coming. You can’t cheat Mother Nature! :eyesmoke:

If your using FF nutrients, you should be using the Tiger Bloom at this point. Grow Big is used mostly during veg. Big Bloom (which is the only organic mix of the 3) can and should be used throughout the whole grow process. I’ve never used the BushDoctor Calmag, can’t help you there.

See there ya go… never heard of “Garden Tone” before. I just looked it up and sounds good. Thanks! ;) Btw… from what I’ve been able to gather from what I’ve read, the Spinosad is more verbose from a general insect support perspective and also works on cats too… But the BT is set for target those...

Like everyone else, I seem to have a split of overachievers at this point… These (3) below: Mimosa/Orange Punch, Diamond Malt and Holy Grail. The new strain I tried specifically for the outdoor grow, (Puna Diesel) all (3) seem to be a about a week behind as far as stacking girth goes but still...

That’s exactly what I mean… I never ever need to spray indoors. I sprayed some outdoors last year too, but only learned of the real need to little to late as it turned out. (@bam0813 was kind enough to educate me on the finer points of his own outdoor prevention.) I swore I’d never let that BS...

@PioneerValleyOG Thats correct… Proud 2nd year outdoor grower but a centennial tent grower indoors, where I’ve never had a need to spray even one of my ladies for anything except a light mist on a seedling. Last year was probably the worse year for an outdoor newbie to jump in given Mother...

Hmmm, those cut colas… they look a tad premature on the surface of that pic for my liking. But I’m sure you got a plan. I’m still a young’n and somewhat bull headed in this only my 2nd “outdoor” grow, but I’ll fight the dang cat/pm till I see my trichomes shine and live with what I’m left with...

    2022 Massachusetts Outdoor Growers

Dang… that bites! I had some of that last season… this year I used (4) 6’ bamboo stakes in each pot and used garden twine to tie them individually to each other at multiple levels as the ladies grow. I’m restricted at the 5’ level (1’ buried in soil) but my girls are only 7’-8’ tall, I end up...

I thought I’d heard it all! Lol :D I knew about the nitrogen content, just never heard of anyone actually utilizing it. I guess outside it might be ok, but inside that’s gotta come with serious odor… right? @p59teitel You amuse the piss outta me! :bigjoint:

Ouch… Dang varmits! I would’ve had tears in my eyes with an attitude to boot! :finger: I feel ya on the watering, anything 7’-8’ in those 10’s requires a minimum watering of once a day. (Rain not withstanding)… Well good to see they came back in such fine form for ya! :D
