    Seed life in the fridge?

What's your method of seed starting? Every time I start to grow again I forget how I did it the previous time

Best LED bang for buck for under £100

Plants can definitely grow in the purple. The mars version, and maybe all new ones include other colors it looks like. Mine was blue and red only I believe and definitely not over all optimal. I forget. I like the color purple but not when it messes up your vision. I wear a purple shirt in...

Best LED bang for buck for under £100

The cheapest mars I see is $100 for 80-100w which puts it a little over the price of a single cree setup I believe. I would believe the coverage listed is exaggerated or his the low end of acceptable light per square foot. It also gives that purple color instead of white. That said, it appears...

    DiY LED - Cree CXA3070

I was afraid of that. I think 8 vero 10 wouldn't be enough for much of a footprint. I'm at the point I need to grow a little to finance getting the pieces I need but can't because I don't have the pieces I need

Best LED bang for buck for under £100

The good thing is that it's all been done here before. It can be as simple as copying somebody else's parts list. Or post your basic plan and people come in to help. For $150-200 you would have a true 200watt led system. I don't know about mars but there are companies out there that will say...

One of your connections has become loose? I'd say that or the driver is dying

    Building up for bigger grow

I never even got to use this thing though I seeded veggies on top of the table. The panda film ended up ripped around several staples. I've moved and can't fit this. Now my space is only 24" tall, 4" wide and deep as I want front to back. Or I remove the board and get 33" tall but only 24" wide...

    DiY LED - Cree CXA3070

How small? I measured my personal space and it's only 2' tall, 4' wide and as deep as I want it. Or I can remove the floor and be 33" tall but only two foot wide. I'm wanting to seed out a number of plants for pheno hunting, sexing and seed making. So I'm thinking floor space is more important...

Wrong section for getting help on such issues. Hard to see with yellow light. Have you checked the bottom side for aphids or mites?

    Light proof grow tents

I made one with 1x2 and panda but the staples have pulled through in multiple places over short time. I also need assembly and disassembly to be easy like a tent. My doorway and hallway is too narrow to bring my old set up in anyway. Any ideas? I have two 10'x10' sections of panda and all the...

Vero 10 5000k Veg Light: diy step-by-step build

Ah. So what was the pvc comment about? Too much work for me. Making butter was more than I cared to do. Was like 5-7 grams in butter for couple hours. Brownies totally blew me away with just a tiny bit. Granted I'm a total lightweight

    Grow 2 lbs. on a 2’ x 4’ 32 Site DIY Aeroponic Unit

Humidity and air flow control go a long ways for mold prevention. With leds you don't want big plants or you won't get enough light down. Unless you scrog of course. At which point I'm not sure that one plant covering same space does better than multiple small plants. Especially considering...

    Grow 2 lbs. on a 2’ x 4’ 32 Site DIY Aeroponic Unit

With that many plants, that close together, I don't think scrog would make much sense. Unless you screen them away from the tote to cover a larger foot print Personally I think I'd try to lollipop shortish plants since you're using led.

    The Ultimate Odour Control Thread

Are there parts you have to replace on the ionizers? They're safe to run with people so better than my ozone generator. I think so anyway. Do you know how well they work for a grow?

The wasted water with have all the additional impurities that are taken out of the purified water. You could look into steam distillation if you want to minimize waste water. Can be hated by electricity, natural gas, propane, biomass, or even solar if you have enough sun collection and focus...
