Not sure why would you use candelas as a unit for plant lights? Stuff getting sidetracked, it doesn't really matter if they compare to 400W HPS or 600W HPS.. It's about the plant shape.

1x LED take 125W of electricity, they came with advertisement that one would be close to 380W HID.

Yes, some stretch is and some isn't. This is definatly spectrum issue since these are clones I've grown under 600W HPS and they didn't stretch half that much. *edit @ 8weeks flower out of 9-10

It's more of a balance on how much moisture a container can hold without depriving it from nutrients/oxygen (from being too wet). Like too much drainage and there is plenty oxygen and virtually no way you could overwater, but then again it dries up too fast. But then again, too soggy...
