When the leaves turn yellow in late flower

Possibly. I fed the maximum dosage every time I watered so I'm sure there was plenty of nutrients....But, then, within a few days into week #8, the plants started turning that bright lemon yellow -all throughout the leaf....no spots or anything....just consistent, lemon yellow. And, then after...

    Baby Shit Strains

That was the first plant I grew when I started growing again back in 2010! It was a bag seed from a medical dispensary...one, perfect seed in the bud. When everything was done, it tasted like someone was eating mangos all day and then puked! I never had babies around the house, so maybe they...

When the leaves turn yellow in late flower

When the leaves turn yellow in late flower, are the plants even taking nutrients at that point? It seems like the buds begin to feed strictly off the leaves and there isn't much response from anything added to the soil (other than water)....and even the water uptake is slowed way down. I've also...

    advice on choosing LED device

If you want to try an inexpensive light from Amazon, then I'd take a chance on one of the Updayday 300watt lights. They are inexpensive. They are super fun to use because you can customize the spectrum. They are NOT UL listed for safety or anything light that. They are probably a company that...

"Fall colors" changes the spectrum of the light inside the tent.

My two Tuna Kush plants are into the 9th week of flower, now, and the fan leaves are turning lemon yellow. I noticed that the color of the light spectrum inside the tent is now very yellow because of this reflected "Fall color" light bouncing all around. Most plants' leaves turn yellow during...

Big Newbie: Can you help me find the right strain?

I recommend that you stay away from really complex hybrid plants. Go with seed banks that have worked their lines for awhile -Archive Seeds, Riot Seeds are two that I have been happy with (although they are usually quite a bit more expensive).

    Gender Identity Crisis.

Marijuana has always had that intersex trait in nature....I assume it's some kind of "fail-safe" device to keep the genes going in times of trouble. Breeding has been selecting and selecting the plants that displayed the least tendency for the trait. But, there's also been lots of random pollen...

    Water for humidifiers...

Yes, that's true. My city water is pretty good compared to some, but it's a trade off for me. I need the humidity to slow down the drying period and I run it in the room, but the plants are inside a tent, so any pollution doesn't make it to the plants. If I had to run a humidifier all the time...

    Water for humidifiers...

Personally, I just use tap water and I add about a TBSP of H2O2 to it. This helps prevent the "slime" or any bacterial growth from taking place. Plus, I keep all my equipment meticulously clean.

I'm not topping my plants this time

Yep...bending is good....but this was an experiment and I didn't want to do anything other than let the plants do their thing. They seem to know what they are doing. I guess that shouldn't be surprising since that's the way nature intended them to grow out in the Sun -where the light moves...

I'm not topping my plants this time

Legit question. I reduced the overhead light and increased the side lighting with the intention of equalizing the ripening throughout the plant. Thing is....I have several big colas that are almost en par with the main cola. My understanding of this strain, from the description given, was to...

Ac infinity or Spider farmer tent? 150x150x200cm tents (60''x60x80)

About the only brand of tents that I dislike are Gorilla. I just don't like the way they open and close. Too many zippers and less head room. My Shorty tent already had a zipper come apart. I fixed it, but...just saying.

Ac infinity or Spider farmer tent? 150x150x200cm tents (60''x60x80)

I've never used Spider Farmer stuff....but I know that AC Infinity is great and they have great customer service.

I'm not topping my plants this time

Update: Okay, I'm probably never going to top/train my plants ever again! By not messing with them, I have reduced the grow time by as much as two weeks. I have found that, every time I top my plants, they get set back by about a week. Whenever I supercrop, it also sets the plants back while...

Can i use boiled water for a alternative humidifier for my plants

Do you mean just keeping a pot of water boiling on the stove? You might consider wetting a bath towel and placing it in an area with good air movement....Or, just save up for a humidifier. They aren't that expensive.

    Suddenly .... Yellow leaves !!!

I bought some of the Jack's Bloom booster formula....but I decide not to use it. The more I read and listen to information, I'm deducing that these type of things might work outdoors in the vegetable garden, but it's going to screw things up indoors. Jack's Part A already has a good amount of P...
