problem is dude, is the mix ur gonna use for the brew. I brew my own beer and ale, and while its all about the quality of ale, at the end of the day its whats else thats in it. no beer is made just from one kind of hops. id recomend going to a homebrew shop and trying out a few recipies. then...

I brew my own wine and beer, i find the best thing to get rid of smells is a brewers seriliser. im not sure about america, but over here in the uk you can get young's steriliser. generally speaking all sterilisers have an anti odour chemical in them too.

leave them inside, and in the sun. like lu said, bout 3-7 days for them to pop up, but as youve already germinated them theyll prob only take 2 days to pop up. id transplant them once theyre about 14 days old into bigger pots, then wherever ur putting them once theyre big enough.
