I was given a clone "skunkbreath" and it has a white powder on it that is supposed to be a pesticide/fungicide, but she was super tall and drooy when I got her and her leaves hAve some rust spots I started some LST but she still looks sad

So I've got two of them should I hang them side by side? I've got a 2.5 ft by 5 ft closet that Im using half of for 4 plants and the rest is empty space for now
