Yeah if said plant had been grown in a more sanitary environment is about the only good fix i could suggest for the little dry spots and leaf infections. Its all just unhealthy on a minuscule level everywhere bc of sanitation issues.

Sadly but honestly the truthful answer is go spend $25 more dollars. If the bud is still too wet to smoke it, You can assume The drying process has been screwed. It will likely never get you as high as you want it to. Just put it on your dresser for a few days.
