that looks like a cal/mag problem which is most likely caused by your hard water. you could try dropping the calmag and upping your maxi to 5g/gal

are you pulling through a carbon filter? ac's are nice fans but don't make a lot of pressure. speed 4 on those fans isn't jack. try turning it up to 6.

what's your ceiling height

I would raise the lights until the plants catch up. You've starved them, and they can't process as much light without the necessary nutrition. Wait until tops are praying again to lower the lights back down. I would bump EC to at least 1.5 if not 2.0 recirculating system, correct?
