Reef leaving it yellow out a few more days will help you get a whiter ash, and make it tastier, I think always the yellower (or whiter) the fan leaves get at the end, the better taste you get, it means they did eat all they had maybe?

Dude, I live in Peru and never heard of it, I-m 100% sure they are not Peruvian made it-s also the first time I hear or read of them.. pretty sure the owners are Peruvian, reason why the sent a good sample :bigjoint: viva el peru
