my plant is growing fine just the bottom leaves keep dying on me i dont know what else to do can some one pleasehelp??

i just started my plant is in the top of closet i got a fan and i think a 200w lighting . what are some of the sings that its doing well and how do i go about watering and how long to keep light on and such??
