first check you ph, it needs to be between 6 and 7 for good growth in soil, if your ph is ok find some plant food with a high nitrogen rating and give them 1/16th - 1/8th of a dose of what is says on the bottle. they look like theyre struggling to absorb nutrients.

i would say go for it if u want but theres no point as they will be fully mature before they gain any real height. unfortunately u cant grow the plant as big as u want as it technically has no veg cycle.
