dude with two hps your gonna have some heat but if you can take care of that you you ll be having some nice yields SCROG would be good or a good LST like you said..i would say 4 oz minimum to around 8-9 oz is my estimate some of our 250w members pull around 4oz-7oz on a single 250w usually so...
