When I water I have a lot of run off. My plants are in half-filled 5 gallon grow bags and I pour about a gallon of solution through each plant when I water. It ensures me the soil is thoroughly moist and rinses the used fertilizer salts away.
Hopefully it is just time to start feeding them. With those net pots you are getting a lot of drainage which is good, but you will need to water more frequently.
What are they planted in? What are you feeding them? Where are you growing, what is the temperature, etc. I am sure it is a simple nitrogen def. but we need more info to help out. Pictures are always helpful.
I really want lettuce. If I could I would have the whole second bed of just lettuce but I can't seem to start lettuce seeds for the life of me.If I can find a good place to buy starts that would be good, but would get expensive replacing starts every time I harvest a head. I need to get better...
I am stoked, I am getting dirt put in my second planting bed. What should I plant in them? I already have enough peppers and tomatoes, so I am at a loss as to what to put in them?
I think 20 gallons per minute might be a bit overkill for a garden! Actually, I would love to see the garden that needed a 20 gallon per minute water pump!
Usually when plants are overdosed with nutes the leaves curl up, not down. I guess they could be totally locked out and not taking up water. I don't know man, sorry.
Here is a link to the planting beds.

I am from the Portland area and graduated from the U of O. Yeah, I might have to do a lot of pruning of the blackberry, but that is what the net is for too. I need to get some fertilizer in the planting beds. There is a local organic farm that sells bags of compost and that is what the beds...
Could be. I vegged them under MH and switched to HPS when i saw flowers. I also am lucky enough that have had many warm sunny days for them to get a lot of real sunlight.
I will probably use nuts for two more weeks then cleared for the last week for a quick flush. I still have a bit of a def. in one plant, so I would like to get that cleared up if possible. I am also using this grow as a test as this is the first time with the tent, light, etc.
Yeah, 20 hours for the lights, so moving it outside will be a change for it. I am going to use it as my test plant. I am going to try the new products I got and see how it likes them!
