Just last night I switched my plants over to 12/12....But I think I had the plants too close to my 400w hps...as they look perfectly green and healthy but the tops all look a little twisted and even white...I bent and tied down the tops just like I've been doing and then switched over to 12/12...

gotcha on the cfls, and yeah UB's technique is to cut the main stem at the 2nd node after its grown to 5-6 nodes. So I assume I'd let em veg atleast 4 more weeks after topping
