U are the one that doesn't make sense at all, not always but mostly hermi pollen will make female seeds since the pollen only contains female chromosome. Thats why respetable breeders don't even like to do femenized seeds and only do regular beans because they don't like to fuck up there names...

It looks like week 3 of flower. Maybe she got stunted at some point and u are setback.
