Long story short, went on a business trip leaving my grow tent unattended on its normal schedule of 18/6 for four days.
I have:
3 known strain plants are 4 weeks old
2 autos that are 2/3 weeks into Flower
And one bagseed that is around 7-8 weeks old.
The issue I find is the bagseed plant...
I can't put my finger on what's causing this issue
It's only affecting one plant out of 7 that are getting the same nutrients (botanicare line including cal mag). Also it's only on 3 or 4 large fan leaves
Auto 1 week into flower, it's been progressing over a 4 day period
Coco/perlite hempy...
I ran soil my first two grows, dwc for a month, then it's been hempy ever since. This is my first experience with coco and so far I'm liking it. I've done pure perlite but found it hard to keep my plants upright at times. I find hempy to be very forgiving and I enjoy only transplanting one time...
Kind of hard to let Mother Nature "handle it" when not growing in Mother Nature.
I transplanted these autos from peat moss/perlite solo cups to 2 gallons coco/perlite hempy. I didn't know anything about autos at the time and I'm not convinced they stunted them in any way.
I know autos do best on 18/6 or 20/4
I asked if anyone has had to put an auto on 12/12 after it had already been several weeks into flower and if they feel they experienced a significant yield loss. I know it's not recommended. I was asking from a worst case scenario perspective but the first...
I agree that starting (reg or auto) under 24 hours of light really makes them grow. I also agree that over time adding extra dark hours makes a difference.
I've seen some serious leaf growth when changing to a 6 hour dark period. I know most people do it for electricity reasons but I think...
google it, There are threads of people experimenting.
I know the light schedule autos need. That's not what I was asking.
I may need to wrap up my grow by the beginning of May, All plants would need to be harvested by May 1st. Meaning The latest I can put my reg plants into flower would be...
Have three bagseed plants vegging that are about 6 weeks now. One has confirmed female but the other two have taken their sweet time. I've never had a male plant but I'm thinking these two may be showing male? Second opinions are very appreciated

I know the Flowering times posted by breeders are usually wishful thinking.
My Dinafem White Widow just started flowering a couple days ago, The breeder listed flowering at a little over 10 weeks.. Is this from seed to harvest or flowering in general?
anyone had any experience growing out the...
out of curiosity I tried researching this but all I found were threads regarding doing 12/12 from seed with an auto or 12/12 during it's veg stage.
I'm wondering if anyone has put an auto into 12/12 AFTER it has been flowering for 4-6 weeks?
is there a noticeable yield loss? will it affect an...
:hump:thanks gents this is my first auto flower and it's been a long 5 1/2 weeks of waiting on her to do what she was supposed to. Was starting to think they gave me the wrong beans or I stunted her out of autoflowering
I count from both.
I document the day I flipped, I count from the day it shows. Only for future strain referencing and a base timeline of harvest window.
Got up this morning and the smaller plant (White Widow) is showing white pistils. I'm not sure if that means it's flowering now or just maturing/showing sex like a photo plant does around week 4+?
Still nothing from the larger auto, just normal veg growth. I must say the stalk is very thick...
