Hmm..I looked at several and they all look different I have no idea what they are!

No it doesn't move. When you pick at it just falls right off that's why I thought it was sap? I looked at it through a scope and still can't make out if it's a bug

Any Idea what this is? I have them on several of my plants on the leaf stems.
