I'd go for fish emulsions for a quick dose of N, and then top dress with alfalfa and kelp for a slow release feed after that.

Manure, compost, worm castings, alfalfa, and kelp are the things I would recommend above all else.

This is good advise. You only need to worry about starting indoors with artificial light if you're starting your seeds before its warm enough to plant them outdoors.

There are bacteria in soil that break down ammonia into nitrite, and then another bacteria that breaks the nitrite down into nitrate (useable nitrogen for your plants). Safest bet you be to add it to your compost pile so it all has time to break down into a usable form.

I would never recommend using alcohol as a foliar spray. It can be very damaging to your lungs if you breath it in. And it can also be damaging to plants and your micro heard.

I've done the Grape Ape twice. The first time I grew her she came out real nice, skunky grape flavor, compact plant. And this season is my second run with her. That's definitely a bomb strain list. I love Sour Kush. She puts out some huge stinky buds. And the Alien OG gets such pretty colors.

And how much goes into the air when burned? Slow composting and anaerobic fermenting releases the least amount of gasses. If you turn your pile less and keep it covered in soil, more of those gasses will be trapped to be used again as nutrients.
