Good Dehumidifier that doesn't dump heat

looks like a plain old standalone dehumidifier with a special adapter, then special controls to link it up to the resst of the spider farmer system. Cool product!

Good Dehumidifier that doesn't dump heat

Top of the line for me is a aprilaire e100V , with fresh air damper kit. You can add an intake to it to bring outside air inside, in cycles per hour. If the air coming in is too humid it will turn on the dehu . I like aprilaire products alot but most growers I think prefer quest. They are more...

    Cannabis Stock Bagholder Hangout

I'm interested in this-- cool topic. If I invested, id try a few "penny stock" companies and then try a few higher cost that I personally like. I never go to dispensaries but I could see there being a lot of very commercialized ones that aren't really all that good. But then again some people...

How do outdoor growers keep their plants clean and bug-free?

I don't know if you saw that thread where the guy built an outdoor post and mesh area. That seemed pretty legit to me, being able to keep caterpillars and animals away is huge. It seemed fairly economical to set up and if you added predatory insects they are less likely to escape . I think it...

Could I run a heater in my tent for a while and sterilize powdery mildew that way?

Yeah I agree with what your saying good point. I think the uva , combined with all the other things I did may have helped with the plants internal resistance to PM. My point is there are very many factors, focus on having healthy vigorous plants with good airflow, temp, humidity. Do as much as...

Could I run a heater in my tent for a while and sterilize powdery mildew that way?

I live on the east coast and we have bad humidity in certain times of the year. Temps are OK but humidity is crazy.. I always ran a dehu and plenty of airflow and still had issues. Once I added a UVA light during flowering I didn't have it again. When you go outside and really look alot of...

Buds come out smelling like grass, but the grind smells amazing

~Drying conditions aren't the fix all~ Here's my rant! I'd make sure there isn't too much N (plants look dark) Also I would drop the intensity of the light 25% last few weeks before harvest. Do a full 10 week grow and decide when to chop based on what you can see with your eyes (pistils recede...

My new f*%#ed up,absent minded grow from start

Hell yeah! Whats the weather like up there? Seasons change. It gets humid where I am around now (coastal) and pays off to have a good dehumidifier as well . Once you can control light, airflow, temp, humidity, and nutrients it becomes pretty easy! Growing used to be a big mystery to me, sometimes...

    Dehumidifier upgrade recommendations

Dehumidifiers are more efficient pulling air from the top of the grow room, as heat rises. Also if you put your dehu up high and can gravity drain it you save energy not needing a condensate pump

F3 Valley Ice. (Matanuska x SFV OG)

I definitely will , I appreciate it. I need to make some seeds I can grow here on coastal new england that can withstand mold and pests, and finish off early. I've had some strains that seem to work but havent grown outdoors in a long time due to the fact that our humidity/ dew points are so...

I have these same packs! I am planning on starting to pheno hunt and have fun growing different varieties in a small hobbie setup over this winter instead of going all out. I have to downsize on my growspace and what you're doing is inspirational. I have been very interested in crossing some...

Stronger rooting agent make cloning easier??

I went down the rabbit hole of trying to get awesome clones. I realized the easiest approach was a bubble ponic cloner with just plain water. The aero cloner was just way too much water even though it does product better roots The key for me is, sterile cuttings tools, swap res every 2-3 days...

Hello, I'm Skink#1,American Beauty, Osama Bong Loadin'

Super Skunk from vision seeds was my first non bagseed grow. It was indeed "bulletproof" as far as being easy to grow and hard to mess up. I liked it a lot . My brother got me it on a trip to europe and it a great plant! I wonder how their genetics links up to what you have. liking the journal...
