    Am i too late to harvest

    I would cut, trim, and jar it for cure...id try and rehydrate in jars...lemon peels work to rehydrate...plus give a nice citrus scent. Ill bet it will be fine if you take the right steps. I wouldnt trash it, especially if its the only smoke u got !!!
