yup use those bulbs, they are cfls. you can keep that bulb about a inch away. your gonna see that thing start to grow after you put that on it.

i got a question im in my first week on 12/12 and i used veg nutes.next res change should i use flower nutes or half and half. then flower for rest of cycle may be every other cpl weeks do a half mix? just curious this is my first grow and that is what my plan was.
