Not sure about your lights but leds are usually supposed to be further away due to intensity. I could be wrong tho but id try raising the light a bit.

I always find my self bending top branches to lower my canopy when they get to tall. I always pinch down the steam where i want to bend it down to then slowly bend it down and zip tie it otherwise they just stick back up. I find when i do this to the buds on that spot get super dense.
