Not giving it a wet dry cycle are you bud? That's the usual culprit when things go wrong in coco. Gotta feed to run off every day or you get salt build up and ph lockout. Generally looks just like that.

Ah right that'll be sound mate. Thought you'd done the usual and mixed it 50/50. Wouldn't worry about it. In future just use perilite to make it lighter though :)
