Ones brand new indroced on vege and the other was new from beginning of cycle

I had a cheap led (supposedly 2700w)in there as well at the start of flowering so that would be the obvious answer but I pulled it in the second week. Real question is, is there anything I can do to fix this or should I rip them out and start again

N its all leaf.im using coco perlite. 2 600 watt lps lamps with an area about 2.4m x 2.4

Does anyone know what could be wrong? I’m in week 7 of flowering and there is next to no fruit on my plant. Coco with canna range ferts
