I ordered it online from a grow shop in The Netherlands. And it came with no papers or anything. But thanks you for your help guys.

Just received my grow 600 watt grow light and ballast. This is the first time I’ve seen it like this. I can’t figure out how to wire it all together. There is a diagram on it but I don’t understand it. Any help is greatly appreciated!
