Has this lowryder 2 hermied?

Hey guys, so I had germinated 2 Lowryder #2 in ph'd rockwool cubes, and placed em 2 inches above a cfl light. One of the seedlings has begun to develop healthy green looking true leaves, but the other, has brown true leaves! The temps are normal, around 74-75º. Has anyone seen this before?

So you would recommend lowering the ppm a bit, and giving a bit more veg nutes, even at the stage?

I will go ahead and not water for a few days, but is this risky when dealing with hydroton and cocoliner? I am (perhaps noob-ily) worried about the roots getting too dry.

She was indeed a bit young to be switched (to 12/12), but because of my time constraint, I had few other options.

It is a hydroton drip system, with coco-liner on the bottom, and coco topper (to prevent algae growth)

I am a bit confused. Before I switched her over, she was on her veg nutes at around 300-400 ppm... Granted, the ph then was 5.9, but how best to proceed while continuing bloom now?

This jack herer here, was started from seedling *bc seeds*, and been under flowering for about a week now, but it just doesn't seem happy. I am using botanicare line (bloom + hydroplex), with a ph of 5.7 and ppm 850. The lighting in the room for picture taking isnt great, and i know the picture...
