    Harsh climate growing

Some sage country. Nice! Do you get deer coming through there? Looks like a good place to hunt. Also I love the arrow you used as a plant stake. Good luck!

Please help, I want to Top indoor plants but I'm scared because I never have

Nothing wrong with mainlining, just know that you will be vegging for significantly longer to get all of those tops to come from one node.

How often do you switch strains?

And here I am trying to devise a way to keep clones or a small veg area just incase I find that one. I don't know what that one is yet but if I come across it I'd like to keep it somehow.

    Humboldt Seed Company (HSC) Thread

I popped one bean of lemmongrass in my last indoor run. Out of the 4 plants I probably fudged her up the most, waiting to long to topdress after the stretch amongst other things, she ran out of gas before she got a chance to swell. She went from the runt to the tallest stretchiest Plant after...

    need help!!!!

Looks aotlike shock and burn from not hardening the plants off correctly. Raw dogging the sun is tough for a plant that spent its whole life underneath a lamp. Best to put it out in the shade or indirect light first and slowly introduce it to a full day's sun

Please help, I want to Top indoor plants but I'm scared because I never have

Yup, you'll usually see them start the next day or so. Just like if the one top kept growing you'd have 2 growth tips start at that node eventually. Topping pretty much just stops the plant from having one apical dominant tip. I mean you don't want to cut the plant right in the middle of the...

Please help, I want to Top indoor plants but I'm scared because I never have

Another reason I like to to early is to give the main stem a chance to bulk up before the plant becomes too lenky

Please help, I want to Top indoor plants but I'm scared because I never have

A few pics if they help. First one is a young untopped plant, if I were to top I'd cut at the line shown. Second pic is a recently topped plant, notice the increased side branch growth trying to become the new tops as the now 2 new growth tips develope at the node you just cut.

I'm assuming your running these indoors? If so you'll likely finish before mine. I only have the one plant going so interested to see how your full run goes and if there are variation in phenos.

I got permission from my father to grow outdoors, I am happy.

I think it would be rare that you couldn't finish a photo in 6 months or less outdoors. To each thier own. Many ways to learn. Let the plant teach you. Chit grow both the sun is free

I got permission from my father to grow outdoors, I am happy.

I think it's better to learn the ropes outside while the energy is free. Outdoor can be amazing pot. I'd start with photos instead of autos for your first grow. This way if you mess something up while figuring it out it won't stunt your plant that has only a limited time to produce.

Did she give it all she's got already?

Finally a nub of new growth appears, at almost a month old. Most of the others that were popped at the same time have been topped at 4th node by now. Actually pretty excited to see what she does now.

    DIY plumbing

I've been using electrical water tight conduit hubs for a few years for the garden and for camp water and whatnot. Havent had one leak yet, they come with a rubber gasket and everything, then I just add a threaded valve/hosebib.

    DIY plumbing

Looks that what you found at lowes would work. You could also add a male threaded fitting to that and make a small peice of garden hose, then start off your plumbing to the plants with a female thread to couple adapter and go from there? Might be a give you some more play when moving the tub in...

Sweet! I have one of these a few weeks old outside for the year. I couldn't find any one who's grown it out yet. Looking forward to it, I love me some tangie and I've read the OG18 is a heater.

    Who actually enjoys trimming??

It sucks and always takes longer than you think but there are some upsides. I consider all the trics on the plate and hash on the scissors and fingers at the end like the butchers cuts. Special stuff the grower/trimmer keeps to themselves. That said I am already dreading trimming my outdoor this...
