I used God/ Grapfruit seeds purchised in Vancouver B.C Canada gotta love Canadian seed companies. It's quite simple to grow in the 8 ounce cups I mostly use clear cups so you can see the root groth but the trick is don't veg very long then flip them to 12/12, and toward the end the will dry out and become top heavy so you might want to stablize the cups like I do.
