What would you say is the most important thing about growing successfully indoors in Bolehland? Grow medium, nutrients, light, etc. If you're growing with a Top Fed DWC I'm assuming you're growing regular photoperiods?
I've tried low budget growing few years back but it's not easy to control your grow environment. Failed two times. If you want to cut down costs, outdoors is the best but that's not an option for us.
I understand that for a new grower it can get rather overwhelming with so much info out there. What's your budget like dude? Because if you want to grow indoors, you still need the following... Grow light, ventilation fan, tent, air cond to maintain good grow environment.
The most important thing growing in this country is definitely environment man. Grow medium is not that important actually. If you can maintain the temp and RH well, you can choose any grow medium you want.
Keep in mind that if you get seeds online, most good strains are manja like fuck. These strains have been bred indoors and very bitchy about grow environment. Unless you get a land race strain like Thai or any South East Asian strains, then it is more hardy and can sustain rough grow environment.
My suggestion is, wait and invest in proper grow equipment. Only then you start to grow. Because honestly dude, it sucks to find your plant dying after growing for few weeks. Nowadays you can get everything cheap. Depends on your budget.
Yeah that's one thing that stuck out for me when they say their strains are easy to grow because the climates they were bred for are so different compared to Malaysia's humidity/temp.
I'm planning to install two PC fans as intake and ventilation and a Quantum board from this website called Eco Farm for $100. Probs the most expensive part of the whole thing will be the light.
What kind of environment conditions you've found work for the seeds that you buy online? I got a hygrometer and my room averages around 30C and 40-60% humidity. Will use a humidifier and air con to keep things within optimal ranges. Since I'm planning to grow autoflowers it should take about 2 months and I won't need to bother with light schedules, just temp and humidity.
Check out the following links to get an idea of how to setup a grow. Growweedeasy site has been my go to place for any growing related questions I have.
by Nebula Haze You want to try growing weed but refuse to spend a fortune. You don’t need the biggest harvest ever, but your time or effort must be rewarded with a good amount of high-quality buds the very first time. The method in this tutorial will give you… 1+ ounces per harvest (2-4 ounces...
For veg I usually keep my temp around 25 - 28, RH at 50 - 65. For flowering temp at 22 - 25 and RH at 45 - 55. If you can bring down the temp some more, I think you are good to go dude. Getting a humidifier is a great idea. It can help to bring the temp quite a bit.
Fastbuds is an excellent choice man. Their site is so well presented that their bud images look so tasty. You cant get it from Fastbuds site as I dont think they ship to Malaysia. But Seedsman carry all the seeds from Fastbuds. Hope you are aware that Green crack is sativa dominant and is a daytime strain.
Yeah I smoked it when I was in Australia and it is my favorite kind of effect. I know people usually toke to chill and relax but I like my green to pick me up, kinda like coffee without the anxiety haha. Probably will try to get a more balanced hybrid later on.
Hey man, hope you don't mind telling but what kind of lighting do you use? Trying to keep my electricity usage lowkey so I'm getting household LEDs bulbs instead.
Hey man! I was using mars hydro TSW2000 for my first grow. Then upgraded to HLG 550 Rspec V2. HLG is ridiculously expensive. I would recommend going with mars hydro for your first grow. their LED QB is comparable to other premium brands. And their customer service is pretty good. You can save quite a bit on electricity with LED lights.
Lmaoo hey guess who got their CBD products seized and disposed of by kastam. You think I'm flagged by the system now if I were to buy seeds? Wonder if a plain DVD case that Herbie's Seeds uses will look suspicious as fuck
Hey man hope you don't mind me asking but what does Seedsman's stealth packaging look like? Do they have tracking? Their inquiries aren't very responsive and the details on the site don't really specify how they ship here. Would appreciate your input on your experience with them.
